Nutley Windmill Fete, Sussex 25th June

Classic Cars, Stationary Engines, Steam Roller & I'm guessing here but probably a Windmill.

Windmills are great - and wind turbines too - the NIMBIES moan that they look unsightly - to me they look amazing and at the end of the day - either don't use electricity or quit moaning. Other people got a nuclear power station in their garden and your moaning about something that produces clean energy and not a 2000 year headache for someone else to solve ?

Then there was Camberwick Green with the firemen Pugh, Pugh, Barny McGrew, Cuthbert, Dibble & Grub or was it the other way round ? Where did Windy live again ? and of course narrator Brian Cant.

Next week I will have to work out how to make a connection between Bagpuss and a fete nowhere near you.

Had alot of things to sort out with 4kingpoker behind the scene's and really not in the mood to play much in the day. The evening session brought a bit of a recovery but playing with virtually my entire bankroll was an interesting if not entirely sensible approach. i'm trying to play more cash games as I really need to get the hang of them - still a big difference playing at night when the choice of games and the % to the flop goes much higher.

The first is a $2+0.20 buy-in and the winner will get a ticket to Noble 10K Guaranteed Tournament worth $33 and a shot at $10,000 prize fund. The following Saturday we have a $5+0.50 buy-in tournie to win a ticket for the Noble 25K Guaranteed Tournament and then on Saturday 27th May a $10+1 buy-in to win a ticket for the 100K guaranteed tournament ... This is going to give 3 members of the forum a shot at some life-changing winnings.

4kingpoker Titan Series II ... The next game in the series is this Sunday 14th May and is a $3+0.30 buy-in with $50 added. The series is over 5 tournies + a final. Again it will be a mix of $50 freerolls & $3+0.30 buy-ins with $50 added and the top 25 players on the leaderboard will be invited to play in the final ($3+0.30 buy-in with $50 added) and the overall winner will receive an added prize for 1st place - $50 Amazon voucher or similar. 4kingpoker Tour ... This month we will be at WPTonline for a $50 freeroll at the end of May. Registration is via PM latest 26hrs before tournie start.
