The Law of sod strikes again ...

I'd planned in staying an extra day to shoot some stock photography and hoping to have a look round Milan in some nice weather - got neither the weather nor the views. Yet again I come to a city where they have errected scaffolding around the interesting buildings - I sware they do it just as I land and then put it all back to normal as soon as I get to depatures.
